For Merchandise Buyers

1. How can I exchange my order or return it for a refund?
Because we work with many different organizations, they get to set their return policy. Please check each product you are interested in ordering to see the specific return policy. 


2. Can I buy a product from last season that’s no longer on your site?

We’re tickled that you’re asking…but unfortunately, the answer’s no. Our merchandise changes frequently so that it stays fresh for customers like you! That means certain items are only sold on our marketplace for a limited time. Contact us to learn more about the specific product, or keep shopping.

3. How long will it take to recieve my order?

US orders will ship via USPS and generally take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. For international orders, delivery time largely depends on the delivery services available in your country. Please allow up to 5 weeks from ship date for international orders to arrive. Shipments to India, and Africa can take upwards of 2-3 months. Please take this into account before ordering.

3. How long can my products or storefront live on TVP Market?

Your products can stay on TVP Market as long as you like!

4. How long will it take to set up, produce, and turnaround my product? 

For TVP Market, we can set up your storefront just a week after you select your products. (You’ll be approving mock-ups: the more decisive you are, the quicker you can start.)

We can turnaround your customers’ order in as little as 3 days. It might take them up to 7 business days to get their product—adding in the shipping process. 

5. How long will it take to build-out my website?

Not long at all! We can generally build your e-commerce platform within 20 hours—depending on how customized you want your site to be!

6. Can we embed our storefront onto our own website? 

We offer iFrames as a feature of our storefront, which allow you to embed specific products on your site. However, clicking on the image will reroute your user to TVP Market. 

7. Do you offer cross-sells or promotions with other brands’ products? 

If you want to offer a promotion with another organization, we would need to reach out to them and ask. All decisions regarding an organizations storefront, must be made by that organization.

8. Do you offer expedited shipping?

We strive to get things out as fast as possible. Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 days for in-stock products and 5-7 days for on-demand products. If you have a specific need (e.g upcoming event), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

9. How can I track my order once it’s been shipped?

If your order is domestic and starts with 92 or above, you can track it on USPS.com
If your order is international, track it on tvptracking.com.

10. Why can’t I see recent tracking updates for my international order? 

Once an international order leaves the U.S., you won't see further updates on the
TVP tracking site.

International orders are usually delivered within 7-15 days, but can often be held up by customs delays.
